2. What Information We Process & Why

Shipping Label PDF & Image Data (In-Memory Processing Only): When you select or drag-and-drop shipping label files (e.g., Vinted, InPost, Mondial Relay, Colissimo) for cropping or A4 grid generation, the document bytes are transmitted securely via high-speed European HTTPS (`https://api.microtoolbox.xyz`) solely into temporary server RAM for mathematical vector coordinate calculation, barcode alignment, and PDF output generation. We do NOT permanently store, archive, or inspect the personal names, addresses, or phone numbers of your parcel recipients. Once your cropped label is returned to your browser (`< 20ms`), the temporary memory stream is instantly destroyed.
Device Fingerprint & Account Credits: To prevent abuse of our free trial credit system (such as Sybil/bot account harvesting) and to manage user point balances accurately, the extension computes a cryptographic hardware/browser fingerprint (WebGL and Canvas parameters) and unique account identifiers. This data is strictly used internally to maintain your credit balance, DAC7 compliance status check, and subscription tier.

3. Absolute Prohibition of Data Sale & Third-Party Advertising
